Momento Temporis – Music of the moment is a quartet consisting of electronics and acoustic instruments including computers, the cello, electric guitar, çağlama and duduk. Musicians are going to get together for this project from three different cities. From this perspective, it connects the artistic approaches of Berlin, London and Istanbul.

The performance is based on live stream videos from YouTube. These videos are used as a visual score by the ensemble to work with a pre-organized musical setting. As a nature of live-stream, the performance captures the right-now-happening moment in any place in the world, spec of a period in an infinite time, accompanied by an instantaneous musical reflection created by the musicians on the stage, on the go. The total visual and aural experience belongs only to that specific moment in time.
