Creative Talks

40 invited guests, 9 fellows, and more than 150 conversations: At the traditional Creative Talks on 18 November, our current fellows met with key representatives of Istanbul’s art and cultural scene. The seven-minute ‘speed-dating’ conversations offered an opportunity to get to know one another and laid the groundwork for future projects. Participants included representatives from Anadolu Kültür, Çanakkale Bienali, Istanbul Fringe Festival, Arter, and Meşher, among others.

The Cultural Academy’s new Artistic Director, Jeannette Neustadt, also had the opportunity to hold initial conversations with artists and institutional representatives from Istanbul’s cultural scene during the event, which took place in the ceremonial hall of the German Consulate General Istanbul.
