Ebow first attracted attention through guerrilla performances in Munich’s railway station district. A self-produced, half-hour mixtape video brought her to the attention of broadcaster Puls, who invited her to be a candidate on the Startrampe programme. This was followed by her first record deal with Disko B, where her first, self-titled album was released. Ebow has since released four albums that combine social criticism, queerness and feminism. Her last album Canê was released on her own music label Alvozay. Under this label, she organised her first music festival with Musicboard Berlin in 2020 and in the same year filmed the documentary Safer Spaces in Club Culture together with Arte. She also manages new female artists with a focus on BIPoC together with her label mate Tmnit Ghide. Ebow is part of the musical collective Gaddafi Gals, with whom she released her second studio album in 2022.

Ebow was a scholarship holder of the Tarabya Cultural Academy from February to May 2024. She worked on her next album during this time.
